After googling so many times, and i need accurate information about the pte.ltd
so i decide to write about it.
Objective :
For business need, you must have business license, it call SIUP ( Surat Ijin usaha perdagangan ), TDP ( Tanda daftar perusahaan ) , and NPWP ( Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak ).
For What :
You can use your company license to get credit from Bank and you can join government tender.
How much should we pay :
For CV , include Ijin Domisili and SIUP TDP also Ijin Pengadilan setempat about 3 mio until 7 mio
For PT, include ijin domisili, SIUP, TDP and Ijin Departemen Kehakiman above 7 mio until 30 mio ( it depends on your choice, PT kecil or PT Besar).
What to prepare :
Your KTP and NPWP ( pribadi )
Company name and Logo ( prepare 3 name and logos )
Modal awal Rp 50 mio
